Training Agreement Signer Drop-Down (Program Course/Competencies) Cutting off/Not Displaying Options

App Admin/WBL Coordinator is attempting to initiate Training Agreement form (2026-2027 Training Agreement) but when signing is having their drop-down menu for each Standard/Segment of Focus either go blank or be cut off. They are unable to read the full text of what they’re adding to the training plan.
