To comply with state Sunshine Laws, advisory board meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes for meetings need to be publicly accessible

This would apply to executive/administrative board meetings. Each meeting should have an option to “make it public”. This would add the meeting to a publicly accessible page where anyone would be able to view past, present, and future meetings.
