Time stamp on work logs

It would be really helpful to have a time stamp on student time logs so that we can hold kids accountable to have their schedules/hours logged by a certain date. We do not use a signature page and not all students use paystubs so having this feature enabled would make it easy and transparent to help students meet deadlines and hold them accountable.
