Time clock blocks clock-in for late-night shifts

The time clock rejects clock-in and clock-out for shifts spanning 3pm to 2am, and changing the global settings does not lift the restriction. The error states that the clock-out time is past the allowed timeframe. Shifts that cross midnight should be supported so late-working students can record their hours.
