Tie employers, their locations, and possibly contacts to WBL events

This would serve a number of purposes such as data for reporting on employer involvement, pre-selecting the proper career cluster & location, and allowing teachers to even select from appropriate businesses. For instance, if an event-based WBL Type is set as Guest Speaker, when a teacher adds a new event, they could see a list of all employers with Guest Speaker opportunity types defined as suggestions.
