The status on the WBL datatable for student documents and employer clearances are sometimes not updated
This is a random issue that happens if the background task responsible for updating the status fails to run. This also happens when an item is set to not required.

As a workaround, you can force the status to be refreshed if you edit and save the WBL experience. You can do so without making any changes and this will still refresh the status.
