The Required Form Completion report should be by Form Template and not by the Alias/Name of Form Distributions

When forms are distributed by class, they are usually given an alias to denote which class they are for. However, if you want to run a report to see the completion status of all of the forms of a certain form template, you can’t do so unless you choose every distribution one-by-one.
