Terms Blocking Student Use

The customer reports that students are having trouble submitting their time and that no submissions have been received since yesterday, which is unusual. When the customer uses Login As to access a student account and accepts the Terms of Use, an error appears. Students may need to log in directly with their own credentials to accept the terms before they can access the platform and submit time.
