Suggestions for changes to opportunity type options

Add an option for Full-time Employment.

Split up Internships into Paid and Unpaid so you can track which employers are willing to do.

Add an option for Summer Jobs - Right now, the closest fit would be "General Work Experience / Work Release / Transitional Jobs" but that doesn’t indicate if it would be a good fit for students to work just the summer months.
