Suggested occupations stuck on loading screen

The suggested occupations page never finishes loading after a student completes the interest inventories, leaving an endless loading screen instead of results. The failure reproduces when logged in as the affected student, while other classes completed the same flow without problems. Two students, were affected today, suggesting a student-specific data or account issue rather than a general outage.
