Student Work Log Version History / Audit Trail

I want to be able to see a version history or audit trail for student work logs. This is important because we are finding discrepancies in what students are entering and need to see what changes were made, when, and by whom to ensure data integrity and accountability.

    I don’t understand. If anything is altered on a work log after it is approved, the work log will no longer be approved and must go back through the approval process.
