I did a find all across the entire code base for hard_delete for that table and it does not exist. I then did a find all for hard_delete for any table to ensure the model wasn’t named strange. We do not hard delete from that table anywhere in the code base. These records had to have been intentionally manually deleted by someone internal. Likely to fix another bug at some point.
