Student SIS Resync Individual or Admin Access to Trigger Sync

The customer, an IT Manager, would like to have the Trigger Resync option returned so he can sync individual student accounts. He’s had to manually resync often throughout the year and would like the option to do this again. If you can’t bring back the individual resync, he’d like admins to have access to trigger a full sync.
