(Student) prefills that are not (Signer) Student prefills are not populating on WBL forms

For example, If a form doesn’t have a student as a signer and someone wants to prefill the student’s name, they can select the (Student) - Full Name prefill option, but it’s not prefilling

    The form cannot be set up as an employer form. The employer forms are not specific to a single student.
