Student Portfolio - Only Allow PDF Attachments

Currently, users are allowed to upload any file type for the resume. If anything other than a PDF is uploaded, it doesn't show as an attachment on the student's public profile. Since it's not clear only PDF files will show, it causes some confusion.

On the flip side, if any file type is uploaded under Recommendations, it will show on the public profile as a downloadable attachment
