Student Incorrectly Showing as Previously Enrolled

Student is showing as 'previously enrolled' under Users and Groups-Students. Student also not showing program which should be Auto Tech. The student is confirmed to be currently active in the customer's Student Information System (SIS), specifically Classlink-Sapphire, and is present in their gradebook. Initial checks by support indicate no general SIS sync issues and the program alignment rules are correctly configured.
