I have created an Event for the students in my Cosmetology 1 group. There are 20+ students in this group, but the students are not appearing in the list of participants
I went through all upvoters on this issue and looked at their instances. The original poster is a teacher that is logged in with a deleted teacher account. Since your teacher record is no longer in the SIS, you don’t have access to any students which is why they won’t populate. If you need to talk about the root cause for that, please contact us via live chat or support@jobready360.com
The other two upvoters don’t have any student groups in their system with 0 students. It’s important to note that the addition of students to a dynamic students group happens in the background asynchronously. So when you first save, it may take a couple of minutes for the student group membership to populate.

Hi Cameron. I have 4 user groups created and when I make an event and then choose the groups the participant field will not populate so I can send out bulk forms.

Ah, yes. The original poster had compounding issues unrelated to what was fixed to resolve this. You should now see students in your events.
