The customer from Jobready360 is seeking clarification on student clock-in/out reporting. They initially tested student clock-ins via the mobile app but could not find a consolidated report for this data. The customer expressed a need for a consolidated clock-in report to avoid students duplicating effort (manual work logs vs. real-time clock-ins) and to provide proof of job site presence. Initially, the system indicated that a consolidated spreadsheet report for clock-ins (Time Cards) was not available, directing the customer to view individual student clock-in activity on the Work-Based Learning page. The customer then requested a feature for a consolidated clock-in report. Further clarification revealed that a report *does* exist: the 'WBL Work Logs PDF report' under Reports → Work-Based Learning, which includes both clock-in and clock-out times. This report only populates once a student has clocked OUT. The support team needs to confirm if the customer's test students completed the full clock-out step.
