Student-Based Experience Export is including empty Guardian values

In the Student-Based Experience Export, the guardian column is including several empty values. We should only include the name and email of guardian’s tied to the student who is tied to the experience. There have also been duplicate values. An example of one is below:"

(), (), (), (), (), (), (), (), (), (), (), (), Guardian One (email@example.com), Guardian Two (email2@example.com), (), (), (), (), Guardian One (email@example.com), (), Guardian Two (email2@example.com), (), (), (), (), (), (), ()

It should just be: Guardian One (email@example.com), Guardian Two (email2@example.com)
