Student Applications - Modify Application Details Skyward Export

  1. Column H says Email - It should specify Student Email as the header.

  2. Column I says Current Grade Level - It should be Incoming Grade Level as we have made that change on the application form. 

  3. Family Information needs to be modified.  The extract does not provide the Resides With field.  Which will determine for us if the second address is the same family (same residence) but different family member vs a different family (different residence) with a different family member. 

  4. Emergency Contact information is not appearing at all in the extract.

  5. Placement (This is a change to both the extract as well as the display list).  I need a date stamp for when the student was placed in a lab.  This is because there will be multiple pulls of this data and we don't want to import the same data twice so I need to filter out records where the student was placed prior to the previous pull date.  But it will also show the users when the student was placed.
