Student Applications - In the acceptance email that is sent to applicants, add buttons to allow them to accept or decline the offer.

Make this a setting.

Don't do forms, just send an acceptance email with an accept or reject button for the student to click so they school knows if the student is still interested. Make sure the class is on the email because it may be their 3rd choice for example.
