This comes into play when reporting options back to the state for things like:

• District Codes (example here: https://www.njsmart.org/njr/ks/Key%20Documents/NJ%20SMART%20County%20District%20School%20Code%20List.xlsx)

• Country Codes (example here: https://www.njsmart.org/njr/ks/Key%20Documents/NJ%20SMART%20Country%20Codes.pdf)

• Ethnicity (any code could be tied to each option)

• Gender (M/F, but show Male/Female)
