Student Applications - Allow schools to define contacts to reach out to and create a contact form to allow applicants to send an email to them

This should be shown on all Apply pages, potentially with a custom message that schools can define to include additional information such as a phone number. As an alternative to the contact form, we could at least provide a custom message with content like, “For assistance, please contact the school at xxx-xxx-xxxx or email xxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx”
