Student Applications - Allow Custom Questions and Counselor Information fields to be linked to Rubrics and show these on the Rubric scoring window beside the scoring option

As it is now, it is difficult to switch from viewing the information to scoring an application. This would put all of the relevant information side-by-side with the rubrics used to score this information.
