Student Applications - Add filter to only show 1st Choice in Choices column

Previously, we had only the first choice column in the list of applications, it is now showing all choices. The previous option allowed us to filter and sort for the first choice only right in the system, now with all choices listed it is not working.

This would be useful for all clients if there was a toggle to show all choices or just 1st choices.
