Student Applications - Add an option of Form Template to Custom Questions

This would allow a form to be completed and attached to an application. To configure, enter instructions and select a form template. Then when the applicant is completing the questions, they can submit the form the same way that they work in other areas of the app.

    You can now choose “Form” as a custom question type. They will be able to submit the form directly from the custom question list. You will be able to see this in the list of all submissions from the application management screen.

    Don’t hold up the application process. Just require submission, not completion so the applications still get completed.
