Student Applications - Add a checklist of items to be done as part of the application process

This is primarily for Adult Ed students. For instance, here are some of the items that need to be done:

• Pay application fee

• Complete FAFSA

• Upload supporting documents (Diploma / GED, Transcripts)

• W9-S form

• Criminal Background Check

• Complete Drug Screening Test

• Register for, take, and pass a Pre-Entrance Exam

• Schedule an interview with School Administration
