Student Application Registration page is getting cut off and is not usable on mobile devices

Below is a screen recording for the issue I have encountered with mobile responsiveness on the Student Apply page “Creating a new account” section.

-Typing in user information in setting up a new account. You are not able to see about 100px on the left side of screen.

-When on application selection page the Apply button is cut off on the right side of screen. See below.
