<p>Public form has user account provisioning so it should create an account after it’s completed. First time it hasn’t created an account. Form is showing as completed in system under Forms-Public. </p>

<p>Le formulaire public intègre une fonctionnalité de création de compte utilisateur ; il devrait donc créer un compte une fois rempli. La première fois, aucun compte n'a été créé. Le formulaire apparaît pourtant comme rempli dans le système, sous la rubrique « Formulaires - Public ». </p>
