Staff Ability to Mark Career Portfolio as Complete

I want the ability for teachers and administrators to mark a student's entire career portfolio as a completed task, which is required for graduation. This would allow staff to track overall progress and completion status for each student.

    I think the best way to go about this is to make a career plan activity that is assigned to staff where they can type an assessment of the students portfolio and if they sign off on it, it’s considered approved.
