Sometimes Word Documents in DOCX format that are uploaded as Student Documents (resume) are downloaded as a ZIP file

This is most likely due to the fact that DOCX files are actually zip files with XML content. Most likely we are looking at the MIME type and it is incorrectly set instead of retaining the original file extension.
