Sometimes when attempting to add a new student-based WBL experience, clicking the Add WBL Experience button doesn't work correctly
Instead of creating the new experience, the termination reason is shown and the button needs to be clicked a second time.

I cannot replicate this. Please replicate and move back to high priority with a step-by-step.
