Site visits entered in app missing from student records

Site-visits entered through the app should sync to and display on the affected student records. Six visits completed and entered yesterday are not showing up, so the records appear incomplete despite successful entry. Each entry showed a confirmation screen after submission, and the student name, employer, date, and notes/comments were all selected and filled in. The visits do not appear in the main on-site visit tab, are not logged in the work logs, and the settings are correct for the WBL type. Reentering the visits through the website is possible, but the app should support entering site-visits while at the workplace.
