SIS & Manual Guardian Accounts-not showing to submit form correctly

Guardian info came from SIS-linked to student. Admin went into JR360 (not SIS) and removed the student tag from that guardian account. Admin then manually created a guardian account and linked to the student. When you submit a form for that student, the SIS guardian is still the only option showing.
