Sign up error "We could not confirm your sign up right now" for Admin Matching session

Hi all, Presenter & Career Connector, Asad Khan (<mailto:asadkhan20@gmail.com|asadkhan20@gmail.com>), received this error (_We could not confirm your sign up right now. Please try again._) when attempting to sign up for a session sent via Admin Matching. Is it something within their profile they need to correct? or a bug that should be reported?

Steps to reproduce: Refrained from attempt, as it require me to sign up for a session on pro.pathful, and I didn't want to trigger any false sign up.
Current result: I did send self a session via Admin Matching and the email directedme to the correct session page & pop up to sign up. I did not follow through on sign up.
Expected Results: Presenter receives Admin Matching email > click on session title hyperlinked with session page > sign in > select date/time to present + Sign up to present > Confirm sign up
