Screen locks when adding employer via WBL Experience

Bug Reports

Tried as both EDU admin and Teacher who reported the issue.

WBL-New for new experience-gear next to employer-click New to add a new employer-Screen freezes.

    When clicking on the cog icon for Employers/Contacts from the New WBL Experience modal, and then clicking on the New button the modal shows behind the Employer management modal
