School name is not showing school name of the student's school on forms

Feature Suggestions

On the forms, the school's name is populating as Hanover County Public Schools versus the individual school's name.  Can this be fixed?

My thoughts are that we can either change the existing school name prefill option or add another one that prefills a form field with the SIS School Name assigned to a student.
