Required Forms - Add a Bulk Submission option

As it is now, you may have a form that is specific to each student that requires only a guardian signature. This form may also be required of kindergarten students. It’s not practical to have every student log in to Jobready just to click on the Submit button to send it to their guardian. Instead, it would make more sense for a Jobready Admin to do a bulk submission from General Forms.
