Reports: Create a report to gather information on graduated students/inactive students only

We and several other schools who use JR360 would like to send follow-up surveys to graduated students after they graduate. Currently there is no report that we can run to get a list of all students who graduated in a specific year especially if that year is in the past. As a work around we can create a student group and run the group report but that isn’t even guaranteed to work since you can’t filter by only graduation year for the groups.
