Remove Program CIP Code Decimals in Reporting

Can we remove the decimal point from the program CIP codes please? When we download the report from JobReady to report to the State, the State does NOT use decimal points. Example: Engineering in JobReady is CIP code 15, but with Massachusetts it is 150000. This is related to the SIMS reporting at the end of the year. We need to upload students who have taken and passed certifications - by program.
