Remove Class & Section selector from WBL Events

For this to be relevant if it were to be re-added, it would need to be done at the participant level since the event could include participants from multiple Classes/Sections.

    Currently, the Class selector also shows Courses and those will not save properly so this needs to be removed completely to prevent bad data.
