Regional Reporting - If you adjust the date of a chart the table of data is not updated accordingly

For instance, if you set the Start Date to the Participating Employers by Industry to a few years prior and the number all increase on the pie chart and then click on the icon to view the data in a datatable, it does not reflect that change.
