Public Student Portfolio - "All" Best Works Button not Working

If you toggle to a specific Best Works category and then attempt to switch back to show All, it reloads the page, taking you back to the top. If you scroll back down, it does not toggle back to showing all best works again. The same is true if a category contains a / i.e. "HVAC/R"
