Project-Based WBL Type Calendar Not Scrolling, Adjusting View Dates

The calendar/Schedule view in a project-based WBL Type is not showing that it is scrolling to show all dates even when the scroll bar is clicked/dragged. Nor does it adjust the range of dates even if you click and change the start date on the calendar setting at the top of the screen. This makes it impossible to view some days on the calendar.
