Project-Based WBL - Automate form signatures for SBE / SL to eliminate the need for teachers/employers to sign so many forms

After meeting with clients and demoing the project-based experiences, the biggest struggle most schools are having is not recording hours. It is signing training plans, training agreements, evaluations, etc. The biggest issue is that some teachers need to sign 3 or 4 forms 120+ times each.

However, there is a potential solution....

• Allow the teacher to select a student group or course/section and then bulk submit a form (training plan, agreement, evaluation, etc.)

• This would generate and append a student list (say 50 students with first, mid, last name, email, student number, grad year) to the form which could have a teacher and/or employer sign once.

• Then generate a copy of this pre-signed form for each student. Then submit this to have each student/guardian sign it individually.

This is necessary because the state (VA/OH) requires a separate form for each student. However, now the teacher and/or employer only need to sign once for each group of students that are doing the same experience.
