Portfolio Public View Documents
Our students upload a resume, cover letter and application under their portfolio. The resume shows on the public view but the other documents do not. I’d like to make it so that these additional documents are optional add-ons to the public view of a student’s portfolio please.

Pinned@Heather Gonia Would it work if we only showed everything that you’re asking for when logged in? But if someone is viewing it publicly, it hides the other documents.

Is there a use case? Typically cover letters and applications are not universal and the public portfolio is meant to be shared with many employers.

She came back today requesting this again. I have explained that it’s public and not all employers should see applications and cover letters but they keep asking for it to be made public. She said her teachers are upset the portfolios aren’t’ showing everything they upload. She said this: “In NYS all CTE programs have an employability profile. This should be a section on its own. We would like other documents to be able to be shown and in best works the ability to have a PDF uploaded.”
Also had concerns about WBL:
“Under work-based learning, and click new. the pop up box, if you click at the bottom it does a small pause and then opens the bottom further. If you click to far the the right it close the box and all work is lost. It happens a LOT. Also it would be nice to sort the students by grade level. I have to filter out the 11th graders from the 12th one by one.” Pretty sure you can filter somehow I just haven’t looked yet (busy morning) but I’m not sure if you’ve gotten the request about the popup box not disappearing yet. I know the chat icon moving is one you’ve gotten before.
