Percentage of task list completion should be recalculated for all students before generating associated reports

Currently, if you view a student’s profile, the percentage of task list completion is updated and recalculated. There may be instances where the cached completion percentage is outdated which can cause the data in associated reports to not be current. To resolve this, we should trigger a recalculation each time the reports are initiated.
