Percentage of Completion section in student profile not loading

When viewing percentage of completion section in a students profile it is either does not loading or has a 5-to-10-minute load time.

    Increased the throughput of the queue used in the background to process this. This is load balanced so sometimes it will take longer than others. I increased this to process 5 times as many at once. That should help.
