Pay Stub work log verification warnings are too stringent

Hours should be rounded (possibly to the nearest 15 minute increment) so there are not false positives like the ones below.

    This has been solved. We’ve rounded the verification off to the nearest hundredth place to prevent false negatives. We cannot round it off to the nearest 15-minute increment as that would cause the hours to differ greatly from the pay stub hours.
