Pay Stub Entry on the APP

I’m writing to report an issue that three students have encountered while trying to access their pay stubs through the app. They've reported that when they attempt to view their pay stubs, the app bounces back to the pay stub screen without displaying any errors or showing any pending information. The pay stubs are not loading on the app
